The judges are are selected from several visitor demographics with summer visitors, local residents, Winter Texans and Spring Breakers being the primary criteria qualifications. The judges names are not reveled to the general public or any qualifying establishment. |
| How Are The Winners Determined? |

We use quite a lengthy process since judges are never seated in one panel and all seasons must be evaluated. It typically takes 1 year to add a winner in a category after it has been submitted for review; since judges must evaluate and submit their ratings. Establishments are reviewed and rated based on the following criteria: |

- Pricing
- Quality of experience
- Web site and how it represents the establishment
- Service
- Interview of customers
